It has been my pleasure to work with children and their families for the past 25 years. I started my first job in childcare when I was 15 years old . I will always remember the day a frantic mommy placed her baby in my arms and told me how nervous she was to leave her baby for the first time. She told me that although she was still a little unsure, she was willing to trust me with her precious baby girl. . I started my career in early childhood education from there. I received my associates degree in early childhood education ,I have achieved my Delaware first administrators credential. I have traveled around the world to places like Africa, and Ireland to teach young children and their families about the importance of child development. Today I still am just as passionate about changing the lives of young children and their families. I think that it is very important to ensure that each child in my care receives that same level of care and love that their parents would want and expect while they are away from them.

Today, it is my joy to be a part of the kidz ink family. They share my value of providing each child an amazing early education, in a loving, safe, and engaging atmosphere.

My name is Brandy Koeller. I have been working in the early childhood field for over 30 years and have experience working in every age group from Infants to school-Age. I began my career in Texas when I was 19 Years old as a School age teacher and quickly moved up to administration as an assistant director. I moved to Delaware in 2001 and I worked as a preschool teacher until 2014 when the opportunity to transition back into administration was offered to me.

I am a mother of two adult Children and also a stepmom to two more. I love being a mom however I love being a Gigi to 3 wonderful grandchildren even more.

All my life early education has always been my passion; I feel it is my job as an educator is to provide a safe, fun, loving and secure environment and to help encourage learning. My mission is to nurture positive self-esteem by providing an environment for successful experiences.

Hello my name is Veronica Grimes. I have been in the childcare field for over 20 years, in various capacities ranging from summer camp counselor, teacher, to school age coordinator. I took a break from the education career field while pursuing my Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management; after working in HR for over 10 years, I realized I missed being with children. Although I did continue to work with children as a volunteer in Christian Education, and as a Sunday School Teacher; I realized I wanted a career with which I enjoy and am passionate.

I am a mother of two adult children and I am a grandmother of two boys. My children and my grandchildren are my world, my why and the fuel that keeps me striving for more.

My belief is that it takes a village to raise a child and it is my goal to create a family like, wholesome environment filled with lots of love, fun and learning. I believe children are like sponges and it’s up to us to create learning experiences where they can learn and explore our world in a safe haven. I am looking forward to years of fun, joy, family connections and watching all the Kidz Ink children Grow and Glow!

My name is Susan Miller. I am the Early Childhood Administrators at Kidz Ink. I have been working in childcare since 1992. I have my associates in Early Childhood Education and I have worked for kidz Ink since Feb 2016 and have loved it ever since. I have 10 children of my own ages 17-26. I like to read, watch tv , and playing with my 2 grandchildren and traveling when I can.

My passion is being around children and watching them grow.

My name is Kamacia and I am married and have two amazing children. My son is three years old and my daughter is an infant. I have a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Kings College. Prior to coming to Kidz Ink I worked in a childcare program for 10 years in PA. Ever since I was very young I always had a passion to work with children and that is why I pursued becoming a teacher. Right after college I got a job in a childcare program which I started out as a teacher and worked my way up to management. I loved working in a childcare setting because I was able to connect with families more and work with children of all ages and backgrounds.

I reside in Delaware and I wanted to start working in Delaware and making a difference in the communities closer to my home. Kidz Ink has given me the sense of community and family which is what I needed for my family. In my free time I like to spend time with my family outdoors and I enjoy going to the beach.

My name is Ms. Devin. I started working with Kidz Ink spring of 2015 because I found a love for teaching. I started off as a Early Childhood Intern helping out in various rooms day to day. I then became the lead teacher for the one year olds. I remained as the one year old teacher for a little less than a year before I transitioned to assisting the directors at the front desk. Once I finished my degree in Education Studies, I became the Curriculum Coordinator of the Porter Road site. Although I thoroughly enjoyed being in the classroom and miss it dearly at times, becoming the Curriculum coordinator has been equally as rewarding. Being able to connect with each and every family that walks in our doors, ensuring all families that their child will not only grow with us but they will thrive with us, working alongside all my wonderful staff while giving them the tools that allow them to build enriching environments, to work for an amazing company with an amazing story and mission, being that reassurance to our families coming to our center for the first time, and so much more makes my job so fulfilling and makes me proud to be a part of the Kidz Ink family!

Hello, my name is Nada Horne. I am an Administrator at Kidz Ink School Bell Road. I have worked at Kidz Ink since February 2016. I have worked as an Administrator in the childcare field for 16 years. Prior to that, I taught Second grade for 7 years.

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in School Instruction.

My passion is working with families. I believe this partnership is crucial in providing the best quality early care and education for each child.

My name is Jelesa Hall, and I’m the Curriculum Coordinator to the Kidz Ink family. I am a wife and a mother to 3 children. I have been in the childcare field for over 10 years, working with children is truly my passion. Before getting into the administrative part of childcare I was a teacher, and I loved the classroom but I wanted the full view of childcare.
I have my Associates in Early Childhood Education. I have worked with all ages of children from infants to high school students. I love all age groups but early childhood is where my heart gravitates. Having the honor to observe children grow from infants into school age children is such a rewarding feeling. Watching children mature and individualized first hand is a sentimental feeling that is unmatched.

I joined Kidz Ink in 2011 as an Early Childhood Administrator. I am now the Executive Director and I oversee Directors and support staff at all Kidz Ink locations.

My motivation is to be a role model and leader for our Administrative team.

I try to motivate others to take personal responsibility. Helping them to face, define and solve problems, adapt to change, and identify new and better ways to achieve new levels of excellence.

I train Directors according to Kidz Ink’s high standards, licensing regulations and Delaware Stars standards. I empower program directors and give them the confidence to lead and ensure each Early Learning school is a “School of Excellence”.

My journey at Kidz Ink is to continued to uphold our “Core Values” while consistently striving for excellence in our child-centered environment.

I have been in the child care field for over 20 years, starting first as an assistant teacher and moving my way up. I began teaching to make a difference in the lives of children. I feel children learn best when in a nurturing environment that promotes developmental and academic achievements. It is our job as educators to unlock the potential in each child.
